Top 10 Romance Animes You Must Watch!

Okay, lets face it, we all get to that one point in our lives, whether it be forced by a girlfriend or just lonesome needs, that push us towards watching a romance anime. Don't worry, they are not as bad as they seem and I have actually quite embraced my love for these animes. So here i present you my top 10 romance animes that you should watch if you are in the mood for some good feels.
#10 - Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo
This anime is about a boy who dorms with a group of weird people. However, he learns to embrace them and be a part of their weird lifestyle. A new girl joins the dorm and is has trouble doing anything on her own. Thus, the boy must help her with her basic needs, such as getting dressed, eating, and going to school. He soon falls in love with her and confesses his feelings.
#9 - Sakamichi no Apollo
This is more of a musical anime, but there are parts of romance in this that are very addicting to watch. There are two guys who loves music, ones plays the drums, while the other plays the piano. There is a girl who is their best friend and loves watching them play. However, there remains a dilemma of who the girl likes. Thus, creating a dramatic situation throughout the whole anime.
#8 - Nisekoi
This anime is a romantic comedy. It is about a boy who made a promise to a girl when he was younger that he would marry her and be with her for all of eternity. He had to move away, so to ensure that they both meet each other in the future, the boy gave the girl a key to his locket. As soon as the key would open the locket, they would know that they were the right person and be together. However, after years have passed, three different girls hold a key and the boy heventually has to see which girl is his long true love.
#7 - Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai
This anime is about a boy who keeps seeing the ghost of a dead girl that he was in love with. All his friends think he is crazy. However, he is determined to convince them that the girl is real and that she is among them. This is a very depressing anime, seeing everyone ridicule him and bully him makes this anime a little hard to watch, but in the end it was ultimately worth it. (No Spoilers)
#6 - Golden Time
This anime is about a boy who lost all his memories. He starts going to school and forgets all about his previous life. He makes new friends and meets a wonderful girl at his new school. However, his past keeps up with him and aggravates him in to causing problems with his new life. Though, with his girlfriend, he faces his past and tries to bring balance in to his life once again.
#5 - Sukitte Ii na yo
This anime is about a girl who meets a guy who very good looking. He is very attractive to all the girls, but surprisingly, he chooses the girl, who is the main character. She has to put up with all the girls trying to take him for themselves and she ends up questioning their whole relationship. This anime has a lot of drama and is perfect for you if you are in to those types of anime.
#4 - Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
This anime is about a girl, who is very quiet and determined in her studies. However, her whole world turns upside down after she meets a guy who is her complete opposite. He soon confesses his feeling to her and she falls deeper in to a pit of confusion. She had never experienced such a scerario and has to make decisions she had never made before as their relationship grows.
#3 - Nagi no Asukara
This anime has one of the best character development in my opinion. There are many events that occur in this emotional and dramatic anime that make it so addicting to watch. There is a division between humen that live in water and those of which that live on land. A group of kids live in water, but go to school on land. Although, at first they are not accepted by their peers, they gradually learn to fit in. We get to watch the characters age and confess their feelings to their love.
#2 - Ao Haru Ride
The main characters in this anime were childhood classmates and after moving in to high school, these characters develop their relationship and learn more about each other. This anime has some very touching moments in where the characters are alone and express themselves to each other. Watching those moments leave you speechless and in an emotional trance.
#1 - Shigatsu wa kimi no uso
This has to be the most heart teasing anime that i know of. We are introduced to the main characters harsh past and shown how it affects his musical abiltes. He soon meets a girl who fills his life with happiness and makes him love music all over again. The characters in this anime are all very well developed and we get to see the views of all the characters. The characters and the anime's setting works very well with the overall plot development.
Although you may disagree with the order of this list or the anime that is on it, these are my personal favorites so I had no intentions of provoking you with my opinions. However, If you are looking for a good romance to watch, I suggest you take a shot at one of these.
