Hey folks, so this time I'm gonna be going over a couple of old anime that people may have overlooked but definitely should give them a watch. Alright so let's get to it!
1. D. Gray-man (2006)

First up we have one of my favorites, D. Gray-man. The anime was pretty popular 10 years ago but was discontinued because the anime had caught up to the manga, the anime is getting a sequel in the summer though so it's the perfect time to catch up if you haven't already! For an anime that dates back in 06, the animation is pretty freaking amazing, although you won't find an HD release (one can hope) due to its discontinuation..
The anime is set in the 19th century and follows a teenage boy named Allen Walker, who is an exorcist. He joins the Black Order in order to defeat the Millenium Earl who seeks to destroy the world. I would go into more detail but then i'd spoil the story a bit too much :) If you love supernatural, action, horror and mystery (and comedy) this is the perfect anime for you!
2. Great Teacher Onizuka (1999)

GTO is by far one of the funniest and best anime i've ever seen. I binge-watched all 44 episodes in around 2 days...The animation is pretty old, but the story is gold!
Alright so this anime is about a former gangster who strives to become the best teacher in the world-- he starts with high school. The anime follows the struggles of various students and how he deals with it, mainly through being idiotic but heroic at the same time. I loved this anime and would definitely ask you to look past the old animation and give it a try!
